Cinch is now reporting they will begin offering an omni-channel service. As well as being able to search online, they will be opening physical dealerships around the UK. The first one will be in Northampton at a site that was formerly a Cazoo showroom. Cazoo was one of their biggest competitors, but has since had struggles and made changes to their business model.
Plans are in place to open several more physical Cinch sites. Showrooms are already earmarked for Birmingham, Bristol, and Manchester. They will then look at opening more in other locations later in the year and in 2025.
The interesting thing about opening physical showrooms is Cinch will begin offering people the chance to see vehicles in person. Prospective buyers will be able to test drive vehicles. They will also be able to get advice from the teams in the showrooms.
